Travel to Philadelphia as you master buttery rolled and filled rugelach that can be served as a cookie or as a special treat with coffee. Roll up your sleeves and jumpstart the holiday season with a "freezeable pastry" that sparkles along with the holidays. (Ages 3 — and all the way up!)

On the menu:

  • Tender and flakey rugelach filled with nuts, dried fruit and cinnamon sugar

  • Chocolate chip filled rugelach

  • Almond buttere and jam rugelach

Cost: $25 (Price is per kitchen…not per person). So grab your kids, your husband, or your best friend and start rolling.

Hi!  I’m Joan, but many people call me The Crêpe Queen.  And that’s because I make wedding cakes out of crêpes.  Creating beautiful, custom cakes for weddings and celebrations is a dream come true for me.  I also love to lead cooking workshops where we can exchange ideas and master both sweet and savory techniques.  Let’s get together in your kitchen and mine to learn new skills, laugh, and share the joy of creating a little magic!
