Hi there! My name is Joan, but many people call me The Crêpe Queen.
In 2018, I founded The Crêpe Cakerie, a made-to-order custom bakery and cooking program. Based in Cary, North Carolina, I delight in providing the flavors & flair of France to homes and businesses in the United States.
With the freshest of high quality ingredients, I create beautiful, award winning crêpe cakes and European desserts fit for weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate events, & gourmet gatherings.

TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS: With induction burners and equipment for setup and cleanup, I can travel to your site for an inspiring event (no kitchen required). If your team is scattered across the country, we’ll get together virtually*.
MARKETING EVENTS: The “specialty of the house” is educating, entertaining, and building excitement. Whether you are launching a new product/service, hosting an open house, or creating a special celebration for your employees, I can turn your event into a spectacular memory.
FAMILY-or- FRIEND GATHERINGS: Hand over the food and entertainment tasks to me for a magical evening of crêpes and laughter!
