It's time to begin planning and planting your Winter Garden with Master Gardener, Scarlett Harrod. Learn when and how to take advantage of the cold weather as you produce and manage a plentiful crop of your favorite cold weather vegetables and regional plants. As an added bonus, we will make a delicious Brussels sprouts salad to enjoy together as we plan our 2020/2021 gardens.
