During your event phone consultation, you’ll share your goals and the specific needs of your group. Then, Joan will present a menu that would appeal to your party…a delightful workshop they’ll enjoy in the safety of their own kitchens!
Here are some recent workshop menus: BLT Crepes with homemade white pimento cheese, Christmas cookie baking extravaganza, Almond crêpes filled with chocolate hazelnut ganache and sauced with raspberry confiture, Gruyère and Black Forest ham-filled crêpes with a variety of mustards and toppings, and Crêpes filled with lemon-lavender ganache and topped with glazed pecans and chantilly cream.
When & where
Not to worry - our team will help you iron out all the details! If you are based in the Triangle, Joan will travel to your site for the event. If virtual, every member of your group will receive an invitation to a private zoom session. This is not a “watch and listen” experience! This is a hands-on workshop and everyone is invited to ask questions, begin discussions and share their own experiences. And it is this interaction and cooperative energy that builds great memories and a party to remember!
