About Rebecca
Rebecca began working in NY restaurants starting in high school where she developed her love of cooking. She learned many techniques and tips from multiple chefs through the years and eventually began a catering business. After moving to NC, Rebecca only caters for love, not money, and enjoys sharing her tips and love of cooking as an instructor.

Hi! I’m Joan, but many people call me The Crêpe Queen. And that’s because I make wedding cakes out of crêpes. Creating beautiful, custom cakes for weddings and celebrations is a dream come true for me. I also love to lead cooking workshops where we can exchange ideas and master both sweet and savory techniques.
