You’ll master the art of making foolproof batter, flipping the ideal crepe, and performing a variety of folds. The menu includes a savory crepe featuring Jambon d'Alsace and Swiss Gruyère, 2 sweet crepe fillings including Mexican Chocolate and fig jam with blueberry swizzle, and a side salad with homemade Dijon vinaigrette dressing.
