This cooking class will take place inside a private Zoom session online
Join local chef and foodie Joan Baumer in a live, virtual cooking workshop that will inspire your creativity while filling your stomach! Expect to learn cooking technique with your ABB Encompass Women colleagues, then enjoy a delicious dinner at home.
On the Menu:
Salmon en Papillote
Greek yogurt sauce with dill and lemon zest
Orange-Pistachio ancient grains pilaf
Recommended wine pairings: Oregon Pinot Gris, Gruner Veltliner, or a chilled Pinot Noir (will send brand recommendations with recipes)
What to expect:
FRESH INGREDIENTS: You’ll receive a list of ingredients and suggested kitchen tools several days prior to the class so you can shop in advance and complete your mise en place before our workshop begins.
HANDS-ON TEACHING: Our 60 minute class will take place inside a protected zoom session so you and the other attendees are free to ask questions as you follow along step-by-step.
