Bonjour! With two decades spent in France and training as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, French Cuisine and Culture is my passion. After completing programs in Cuisine, Pastry and Oenology (wine making), I was honored to become the Translator/Interpreter and Assistant for the Cordon Bleu’s top chefs.
